Dr.Aafia Siddiqui declares guilty by U.S Court
New York: Dr.Aafia Siddiqui held guilty by U.S Court on Wednesday at 2 P.M in the charge of trying to kill American servicemen in Afghanistan.
She was accused of being a would-be terrorist who in July 2008 grabbed a rifle at an Afghan police station where she was being interrogated and tried to gun down a group of US servicemen.
Dr Aafia was present at the time of the verdict. She listened to the verdict with great fortitude. Also, her brother was present on the occasion.

Islamabad: Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani and President Asif Ali Zardari
Prime Minister Gilani and President Zardari at Presidency
decided to take immediate steps to bring peace in Karachi on Tuesday at Preseident House.
Gilani held a detailed meeting with Zardari at the president house and discussed the latest political and security situation.
Strong action would be taken against target killers who are responsible for spread terrorism decided by both leaders.
Feud between PPP and MQM
The Leaders of PPP and MQM are having a bitter feud between each other after the recent wave of voilence in the city.These cracks become more complicated and apparent after the statements made in the Sindh Assembly by PPP ministers Zulfiqar Mirza and Agha Siraj Durrani.
PPP’s Taj Haider says the MQM must purge its ranks of militants while the MQM has accused the PPP of trying to take over Karachi.
Home Minister Zulfiqar Mirza accused the MQM of being involved in incidents of target killings and political blackmailing, while Agha Siraj Durrani criticised the City Nazim and the Karachi district government.
